Payment & Class Policies
<Payment Terms>
Fees are collected on a bi-monthly basis.
The fees are non-transferable and non-refundable, except in the case of class cancellation due to
insufficient participants.
<Make-up Class Policy>
Daisy and Blossom Playgroups (18 - 36 months old & 3 - 5 years old):
Pansy Drama Classes (4 - 6 years old):
Lily Verse-speaking Classes (5-7 years old):
Make-up classes, whether due to sickness or planned commitments, can be arranged provided that we
are promptly informed of your child's absence prior to the class. For absence due to sickness, please
get us informed (by email/phone/fax) at least 2 hours before the lesson begins. For absence due to
planned commitments, we require notification at least 2 days prior to the date of the class you are
unable to attend.
Class replacements, a maximum of 2 per term, can be arranged within the same 2-month term and
cannot be carried over to the following term. The make-up session given is subject to the availability
of space in the other time slots. Exemption from restrictions on the number of make-up sessions per
term is only possible if medical certificates are presented.
For hygiene reasons, we require all playgroup participants to wear socks in the classroom.
Sunflower Phonetics Classes (5 - 7 years old):
Make-up classes will not be provided disregarding the reason for absence.
<Arrangements in case of bad weather>
When red/ black rainstorm warnings or typhoon signal no. 8 or above are hoisted , all classes will be
cancelled. Classes will resume 1.5 hours after the withdrawal of the above signals.
NO replacements NOR refund will be provided in such cases.
