Enrolment in trial / regular classes

For enrolment, please register by filling in the information in the following boxes. Upon receiving your
details, we will e-mail you a confirmation slip. Payment can be settled in the following ways:

(i) cash
(ii) visa
(ii) cheque ( payable to " QQ Club Limited" )

Daisy Playgroup: 18 - 36 months old
Blossom Playgroup: 3 - 5 years old
Pansy Drama Class: 4 - 6 years old
Sunflower Phonetics Class: 5 - 7 years old (new students accepted for module (I) only)
